Today we went to the Lincoln memorial and saw the Washington monument we couldn't get tickets to it because they were all sold out. We also did a lot of interveiws (Im doing a video with my friend about our stay at washington DC). Tomorrow I'm going to the spy museum and a Smithsonian. We are also going to the Washington monument very early in the morning. Hopefully It will be a lot warmer Lately it's been very cold in DC. Well I'll tell you more about the museums tomorrow.

So now that you've gone to three different museums (Newseum, Spy Museum, and Smithsonian)... if you had to go back and spend another day at one of them, which one would you pick?
ReplyDeleteAlso, I wonder what DC is like now that the Inauguration is over. Is there still a lot of Obama in the air? Or are things starting to settle back down?
And how do you like taking the Metro???

ReplyDeleteSally, I know a place in DC that won’t be very crowded. You and your mom could visit the Senate Building and say hello to John McCain. While there you can also stop in and see the two senators who represent the State of Washington. Enjoy DC and always remember it is 75 and sunny in San Diego.
Ami if I had to go to one of those museums again I would go to the newsuem because you could do stuff like play games. Things are starting to settle down a bit but there are still a lot of stores that are selling Obama things. Taking the metro wasn't that bad after the inaguration lammed pack ride. And Joe I agree the place you mentioned probobly insn't that crowded.
